My iPhone has stopped notifications when my screen is locked!!! I am not getting any ring or other important notifications when phone is locked

Check to make sure you do not have a Focus turned on. Also, do you happen to have an Apple Watch? If so, when the phone is locked, notifications come to the Watch, not the phone.

Not a good idea. That leaves you completely vulnerable. Are you leaving the phone face down on the table or night stand? Have you verified the settings for Notifications on the iPhone? Try turning the Watch off and lock the phone screen and see if you get a notification on the phone. Are you experiencing notification problems with any other app than your cameras?
There is no way to send to both. If the iPhone is open, then the notification goes to the phone and not the Watch. When you are not wearing the Watch and it is charging, the notifications should go to the iPhone. Do you have Sleep setup on the iPhone? If so, that is a Focus and would stop the notification on the iPhone.
I removed the app from my watch and this seems to rectify the issue.

Focus is not turned on. I do have an apple watch. Is there a way to have the notifications come to both? I don't always wear my watch especially at night. Night is when I rely on notifications for my security cameras.

No I do not have sleep turned on. I don't know why I am not receiving them on my phone when I am not wearing the watch. I used to get notifications on my phone with no issue until about a month ago after updating my phone. I guess I can try to set my phone to never lock the screen
