How to resolve 'Printer not found' error with Epson 2803 on iPad or iPhone?

Epson 2803 says “printer not found” when trying to connect with iPad or iPhone. Have been using the printer via AirPrint for months. Not a techie, so please speak slowly. 😉

I don’t understand how to assure that both device & printer are on same network, return to defaults, etc. I do follow directions very well, however.

Neither my iPhone, nor my iPad can find printer.

Yes, the Epson ET-2803 is listed as a supported AirPrint model in About AirPrint - Apple Support.

Any change if you try a full power-cycle sequence (do not forget the router)?

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPhone, the iPad, and all other devices/computers.
Wait two to three minutes.
Power on the router.
Wait two to three minutes.
Power on the printer.
Wait a minute or two.
Power on the iPhone, the iPad, and all other devices/computers.
