How can I report a stolen iPhone without access to the iCloud account?

My iPhone was recently stolen, and unfortunately, I can’t remember the password to the iCloud account that was signed in on the device. I still have the original box with the IMEI and serial number. Is there a way I can report the phone as stolen or have it flagged, even though I no longer have access to that iCloud account?

You can contact your cellular provider to disable cellular service and possibly blacklist the phone.

As for tracking the device without the Password, that is not going to be possible. As long as you were using a Passcode on your phone, all the data is still protected and the phone will be disabled if too many incorrect guesses are made. They will not be able to reset your phone to set it up as theirs assuming you at least had Find My turned on.
