Notification sounds from Microsoft Teams.

I use the computer's built-in speaker and microphone when I enter teams meetings on the MacBook. When I receive notifications through applications, the notification sound is heard by everyone in the meeting. When I searched on the internet, I could not find a solution, is there any solution?
