How do I fix recurring 'Open teams' notification and call issues on iPhone 15 Pro after iOS 18.5 update?

iOS 18.5 has been nothing but a wake up call to just how buggy this release has been for an iPhone 15 Pro. The "Open teams to continue receiving notifications for xxxx@xxxx.xxx" is now recurring every two hours, day and night. Teams is Open and running in the background. Logged out and back into again. Even tried removing the Teams app entirely and then reinstalling a fresh version from the App store...the same message is broadcasted over my AirPod Pro 2s from Siri "Open teams to continue receiving notifications for xxxx@xxxx.xxx"

There has to be solution. How could the QA from Apple be so lacking. Also I've noticed when I slide to answer a call the phone does nothing and the call is lost. So annoying. Apple would not replace my phone at the Genius Bar. This is becoming unbearable and I highly regret upgrading from iOS 17. Also calls on the Air Pod Pro2 sometimes now sound robotic since 18.5 was installed. Firwmware is all update to date on the Pro2.
