How do I secure my Apple ID after receiving a suspicious email?

het guys, I guess that my Apple-ID was hacked by unknown person, because if I got a message from

Apple official Account and shall transfered to a very weird email address!ap****e@email.apple.com , this is horrible since many years I didn’t know, right now I change my mobile phone number and saw this email address, who can help me?

That's a scam or phishing email. As long as you didn't follow any links or call any numbers and provide any of your personal, account, or credit card information, your okay. Apple doesn't notify you by email or any other way if your Apple account is hacked. You would find out when you try to login that it doesn't work.


If you did happen to provide sensitive information, change your Apple Account password immediately, remove any trusted unknown devices and numbers, and contact your bank to freeze your card.
