How do I restore missing Home Screen icons on iPhone 11 after iOS 18.5 update?

I updated my iPhone 11 to ios 18.5 and when my phone restarted - the email icon, the safari icon, the telephone icon and (I can't remember the 4th icon that is along the bottom menu of the home screen ) are gone from the bottom bar. I have looked at how to repopulate the bar with these apps but have failed.

I restarted the phone to see if it would reset, and that did not work either.

I’d you pull down from the middle of the Home Screen you can search. Try searching for one of the missing apps to check they are installed. They’ll also appear in the App Library which is the far right screen. You can add them to the Home Screen from there.
