Content cache server not found after upgrading to macOS 15.4

Our content cache server dns records are published by windows dns server, which works fine when client OS is lower than 15.4. i could found the content cache server by running AssetCacheLocatorUtil.

However, if i had upgraded macos to 15.4 or above, i could found 0 content caches.
