Apple watch SE 2nd gen overheats after updating to WatchOS 11.5

I have an Apple Watch SE 2nd generation, and after updating to watchOS 11.5 it is now overheating for no reason to the point that I can feel the heat coming off of it and that's when I have to take it off my wrist. It has never done this before and I don't know why it is starting to do it now, It will turn off my cellular and give a message saying "Cellular will not be available until Apple Watch cools down." It also drained my battery a lot when it overheated. Has this happened to anyone else and is there anyway to fix it? Thanks.

The battery on my Se snd gen is draining very quickly after update to 11.5. 100% to 32% in about 10 hours of just sitting at my desk and not using the watch for anything.

Prior to 11.5 it used to last me the best part of 24 hours.
