Good day, so basically I can’t open my phone it’s unavailable for 2 hours and 56 minutes, I didn’t donit on purpose but I brought it with me in the mall just holding it with my hand i have nothing to put it so i think my iphone keeps clicking the password by itself and i didnt notice so its like that, so now im using my ipad to ask for help. Assuming you know the correct Passcode, you wait the 2 hours and 56 minutes exactly and when prompted, enter the correct passcode.
If you don't know the correct Passcode, you follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
To avoid this in the future, once you're back in your phone, turn off Tap to Wake, by going to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Tap to Wake
