Why is my iPhone 11 Pro flash not showing in photos?

Im using Iphone 11 pro whenever I take photos with my front camera with flash the flash wont show up in the photos I have tried many times to fix it I already did the following: force enabled camera flash, Force restart, Reset settings. Yesterday it was showing in the photos and the day after but now it just wont show again.
