Without touching any buttons, my IPhone zooms in, making it impossible to return to normal. How do I stop the phone from doing this?

Settings > Accessibility > Zoom - make sure it's turned off.
If the screen does zoom, take three fingers placed together and tap the screen rapidly twice to unzoom.

Check your Accessibility Zoom settings. If they are on, turn them off. That might stop the issue. Also, check that you don't have the Back Tap on.
