I bought a mac mini m4 from canada and bring it to pakistan, the original power cable of mac mini m4 has label of 125v but in pakistan we have 220v, can i plug it in without any stepdown or that would damage my mac mini m4 ?

it's fine, the psu of all apple devices support from 110 to 240volt AC
and it would illegal to sell wires in most countries which could not handle normal power usage without bursting into flames

I assume you will need one of those outlet adapters to match the outlet to cord. There should be no issue using that system.
But the original power cord of apple says 125v , it has the label of 125v so is that something that i should worry about or it wouldnt do anything and is safe to use?
