When iPhone 13 dies it gets stuck in a boot loop

When my iPhone 13 (replaced by apple September 2024) dies. I plug it in to charge and then it gets stuck on the apple logo and keeps rebooting. I’ve ran diagnostics and it says everything is okay. I have to restore from backup every time this happens. Even when I restore and remove everything it still happens. This is a pain as I don’t always have the availability to charge my phone when it’s low on battery.

Is there any way to fix this?
