i have a twin brother and the face id feature recognises his features and unlocks my phone we both are 21 and have different facial features .

This is simply not unusual when dealing with twins or family members whose facial features are very similar, which they certainly would be with twins. You could certainly delete your face and record it again and certainly make sure your twin doesn't know your iPhone Passcode.
