I created an app to a website and accidentally used the “hide my email” function when I signed up. Recently, I got logged out and it wants a verification code that it says was sent to the address I used to sign up. It’s been a day (so a bit past the 10 minute code window) and I haven’t had that email show up. I tried sending a test mail to the private email that Apple randomly generated, but that bounced back saying it wasn’t a working address.
I just had the exact same issue I tested all my hide my email addresses none is forwarding anything (I checked my junk/spam folder).
Did the test with the manual and "signin in with apple" addresses none are working
None of my hide my email addresses are forwarding. My forwarding address is correct and after going through my email the last hide my email i have received from a business was on May 19th. Is there an issue going on? I created a new hide my email address and sent a test email and it didn't work either. No issues with my forwarding address as I'm getting regular email there.
nvm. I got last hide my email yesterday. My test hide my emails still haven't come through and it's been about 2hrs since I sent a test email to check.
