How do I fix iPhone 13 activation error code 1109 during reset?

I recently bought new iphone 13. During the activation my daughter forgot passcode. I tried reset phone from itunes but the process declined with error code 1109. phone now is disabled and on the screen is just unfinished process. Buttons don’t work. what can i do? It is the new phone, we turned it on today first :(

You’ll need to go into recovery mode by doing a forced restart while plugged into the computer. First take off any case. Then:


Press and very quickly release the volume up button. > Immediately press and very quickly release by the volume down button > Immediately press and hold down the side button and keep holding the side button until the Apple logo appears, release the side button. If your iPhone won't turn on or the screen is black - Apple Support
