Apple TV+ App Stopped Working With Sequoia 15.5 Update

I just updated my 2024 MacBook Air to 15.5 and the Apple TV+ interface opens but shows quit immediately after starting. I have quit the app and restarted the computer and restarted WIFI but this didn't help. Thanks for any advice.

UPDATE: Apple TV+ and Music seems to be working after signing out of my Apple account on both apps. Took several attempts to sign back in to these accounts. Sign in was not behaving normally but finally worked. Global sign on the MacBook did not sign me into these apps.
