Headset BlurParrot M300-XT SE connection to MacOS

I have BlueParrot M300-XT SE. I bought this to use it while I work on my MacBook Pro 15-inch 2017, i7, Ventura 13.6. It works nice on IOS, but when I pair it to my Mac, it provides quite poor quality of the sound, when I try to record voice message. Suppose the quality will be the same, when I call someone from Mac.

Do anyone have experience in connecting such headset to MacOS? Is there any possibility to use on Mac as good as on IOS?

I'm getting a lot of 'noise' in the signal at the moment in calls, which both I and the person at the other end of the line can hear. With the same headset on iPhone (connected via Apple's 3.5mm to Lightning adapter) there is no 'noise' at all and the mic and headphones work perfectly, so I assume it would work via USB-C on the Macbook too?
