Is it safe to use a fully charged iPhone 16e while plugged in?

My 16e phones battery health, is it ok to use while completely charged but plugged in? Are you saving some battery life? is it ok for my batterys health to have my new 16e plugged in while using on a full battery

Yes. When your iPhone hits fully charged, while it may show as charging, it actually stops letting in power to the iPhone. Charging will only resume if it falls below a certain percentage. But if you choose to use your iPhone when it's fully charged and plugged in, the charge should come from the wall outlet, not the battery.
