All of this is just an extension of your other post found here:

Why do analytics show Home automation key… - Apple Community

If you are paying someone to do this analysis of you phone, STOP now and do not fall for any remedies that they offer that will also cost you additional money.

You will have those process running on your phone whether you are using them or not, they are part of iOS. If you truly believe that your phone has been compromised and this has been going on for 6 months, then Factory Reset your phone, do not restore from a backup, and set up a new Apple Account. Problem Solved!

You will still see those same analytics as they are part of everyone's devices, but you can then be assured that there is nothing nefarious going on with a clean install and new Apple Account.

Analytics are not intended to give any useful information to the end user. They require specialized training and software to understand.

It is likely that you are seeing things in the analytics and misinterpreting them. For example, it's very common for think they've been the victim of a Pegasus attack after trying to read analytics. In reality, there is a genuine Mac process called "Pegasus."

It would be far more helpful if you explained what you see happening on your computer that has you concerned.

If someone is coming into and out of your home, that is a matter for your local police. Contact them immediately.

Ok a seed developer account for a start

Where are you seeing this

, information saying companion link has been down loaded and is enabled on my phone and iPad ,

Where are you seeing this?

and in my iCloud Drive under look me up it’s saying forticlient ,

Forticlient is a very legitimate VPN. The Ivy League university I used to work for used it for remote working.

I also had an iCloud email address attach itself to my Apple ID that I never created ,

When you create an Apple Account, you get an iCloud email address even if you use some other type of email to create the account. My Apple Account log in is a Gmail address. I also have an iCloud ID as part of the service. What you're seeing is exactly as expected.

I’ve not been able to access iCloud for almost 3 years , I was told in the end after loads of logs being taken by the engineers it’s out of our scope

What do you mean when you say that you can't "access iCloud?" You can obiviously access your Apple Account as you've logged in here. Do you mean you can't back up a device? Or something else?

it’s a managed device

Managed by whom?

family violence / tech abuse / community violence

That is outside the scope of this forum. You need to contact the police, an attorey and/or an angency that deals with domestic violence.

im not a developer I never signed up or were chosen to be in seed either

I'm not a developer, either. I still periodically get emails asking if I want to participate in some seed testing.

I’m having developer tools used against me as well

What does that mean? What is actually happening and why do you think it's "developer tools?"

and no one is helping just criticism

No one is able to help you until you provide actual details about what is happening rather than vague assertions that you're being hacked. Explaining why you may be wrong about the cause of your issues is not criticism.

Ok a seed developer account for a start , information saying companion link has been down loaded and is enabled on my phone and iPad , and in my iCloud Drive under look me up it’s saying forticlient , this has been an on going issue for quite awhile , I also had an iCloud email address attach itself to my Apple ID that I never created , Apple support kept saying it was an alias and not to worry it was actually acting as my primary email address after 12 months it was deleted!

Plus it wasn’t me who did the analysing of the analytics so , sorry I should have explained myself better

and that’s why I can’t back up my phone and I can get 2 step codes any more and they are able to turn of my sound during calls hang up my calls , mess with focus !! Because I have a child’s account, I downloaded my Apple ID information interesting viewing indeed

plus the Ethernet appearing on my phone , blue tooth pan , I could go on all day the broadcasting with all the braille voice over and accessability settings that were on even though voice over said it was off ! You need go further ! 450 of them it took me hours

find my ; 6 months in I was told it doesn’t work, Ohk of course not I’m enrolled in business /school what ever it’s a managed phone!!! Shouldn’t have taken this long and for me to end up in so much debt it’s affected home and my car it’s nothing to be laughed at

but who’s seed developer acc is it really??? I’ve got someone’s Apple Cash card details and they aren’t mine but whom ever you are it clearly states dates you have been in my acc fba sign on and it’s still current so get out! And leave my accounts alone

In public key encryption there are 2 keys for each access instance, a private key and a public key. The public key is available everywhere, anyone (or any application) can send you content encrypted with your devices public key, but only you can decrypt it with your private key. So yes, your public keys can be displayed anywhere in the world. Your private keys are still displayed to you in your Passwords app, although there is really no need to do that in everyday life. SSL (more correctly TLS), which encrypts all traffic between your browser the sites you access, and between your apps and the servers they access, uses public key encryption, invented by my college classmate Martin Hellman and his colleague Witfield Diffie (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diffie%E2%80%93Hellman_key_exchange)

So the answer to your question is YES, all public key encryption keys are meant to be displayed; private keys by the key owner, public keys by anyone on the Internet.

I have no idea what system commissioner keys are specifically, but they are no different from any other kind of encryption keys.
