Hello, reset iphone 13 to factory settings and it is no longer possible to activate it. The phone is not attached to the account, when trying to activate it says you need to update ios to the latest version and does not see the sim card, only wifi (before the reset of the sim card recognized). Tried to update, flash through itunes, also tried to wait 24 hours, but the problem is not eliminated. Please help

Where did you get the phone? Did you purchase it used, or new directly from Apple or an authorized retailer?

Updates to the end (success), the start screen comes on, I select country and language, enter the wifi password and it says Failed to activate iphone, need to update to the latest version of ios) - but now it has the latest version 18.5.
