Urgent: I Received a Fake Product from Apple.com USA (with Proof)
Dear Apple Support,
I purchased a pair of AirPods from Apple’s official U.S. website (Apple.com) on May 10, 2022. Recently, the charging case stopped working, and I took it to the Apple Store in Germany. To my shock, they issued me a written statement saying the product is fake.
I am attaching:
- A copy of my official Apple receipt
- The written document from Apple Germany stating the product is counterfeit
- Photos of the AirPods and serial number
I would like an immediate investigation into this matter. I bought directly from Apple.com and expect a genuine product.
Please escalate this issue to the appropriate department.
