Cobra SC120 Dash Cam incompatibility with Apple CarPlay

I purchased a Cobra SC120 Dash Cam that was supposed to work alongside with Apple CarPlay, last night I installed the Dash cam and get a message on the Cobra app to turn off CarPlay so the camera could work, was told by Cobra to contact Apple because they’re the ones that cause the problem.

Homekit camera would not connect My Eufy Indoor cam 2k has not been working since they sent an update and every update the support sent me has not yielded any success. And my Eufy Cam is stuck ont he set up with the accessory not found msg. Eufy customer support has event got me to replace mine and still the same issue. One thing the support manage to get it working is to connect the cam without a hub. But i need it working on a hub for secure video.
