Apple Watch screenshots appearing in my Photos library

My Apple Watch is sending screenshots of my workouts to my Photos library. How do I turn this feature off?

You can turn off the screenshot feature on your watch in Settings/General/Screenshots/Enable Screenshots -> Off

Or in the Watch App on your iPhone in General/Enable Screenshots -> Off.

If you are accidentally pressing the Digital Crown and the Side button during your workouts, you could change the orientation of the watch to -> Digital Crown on the Left Side

You can find this setting under Watch Orientation.
