Cannot sign into my Starbucks app with iPhone

I upgraded to iphone 16 plus running ios 18.5. My starbucks app is unable to login. The signin button when I click it does nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and I do not have a vpn. Any advice?

Starbucks typically needs to know your location when you sign into their app. Do you use a VPN on your iPhone. VPNs aren't needed and usually mask your location, which can cause issues with some apps. If you use a VPN on your iPhone at a minimum, turn it off and try again. If that works, remove the VPN profile from your phone. The Starbucks app is working just fine on my iPhone 16 Pro Max.

I'm in the same situation. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Cleared Cache. Desktop works to access but IPhone 16 does nothing when I click on the Sign In button after entering in my login credentials. I called Starbucks, it took a lot to finally be routed to a human as none of the options were relevant to this issue. Finally, after talking to someone they are putting in a tech support ticket, it will take at least 5 business days for them to respond!
