Facing multiple issues with iPhone 15

I bought the ip 15 about a month ago and it’s been acting really weird. the front camera doesn’t focus on my face, it keeps showing me that the phone is charging even though it’s not plugged to anything and even at 70% the screen goes black and a loading sign appears as if it died. starting to regret buying this phone, so far it seems to be a bit worse than my ip 11 which i had for 5 years…. any help?

Restore it using iTunes. All you need is either a Mack or a Windows PC with iTunes installed, and a security backup. To dismiss the possibility of corrupted software or cache, you need to set it up as new once restored. If the problems still persist after doing that, I would exchange it using the 1 year warranty ticket to get it replaced.

Hope it helps.

If you advise wiping the phone without use of backup, you should advise what to do with users data,

As this is 99% a hardware problem I would seriously advise backing up, Also giving links would help.

it is much easier if they have already used iCloud for everything

Use iCloud on iPhone – Apple Support

Back up iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

Erase iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

Set up your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support (UK)
