How do I silent the charging sound on my iPhone?
I've disabled all haptic sounds, I'm in no disturb mode, and still my phone wake me up often with an horrible charging sound..

Try using Silent Mode, it turns the charging sound into a haptic.
But something that may interest you, your iPhone should only make one charging sound when plugged in. It shouldn't keep stopping and starting charge throughout the night. Your cable may be defective. Try using a different charging cable, ideally the one Apple provided. Or there may be more extensive hardware failure, possibly the battery with your iPhone that would require service.
