On one watch face it show the correct day and date.
On another watch face it shows an incorrect date.
Also the weather is not updating on a watch face, but one the other it is.
It is like one of the watch faces is not reading the underlying information.

Delete it from your face gallery and set it up again. Sometimes complications get stuck.
Is this one of the built in faces? Or is it one you created with one of the watch face apps availalbe in the app store?
If it's a regular Apple one, have you tried deleting it from your face gallery and re-creating it?
