How do I reset my iPhone's AI-learned words that are causing dictation errors?

Whenever are you Siri or try to write using “dictation” the iPhone writes Chyna instead of China and Xpress instead of express, even though I have only used those words once!

There’s a dozen other examples, but I can’t figure out how to turn it off!

That would be done in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary.

All custom words and shortcuts are deleted, and the keyboard dictionary returns to its default state.
