How do I remove a stuck "Agent" icon from Launchpad on macOS 15.4.1?

I recently had to uninstall Battle.net from my Mac Sequoia 15.4.1 due to connectivity issues and then reinstall it. The issue is that the old "Agent" icon is still there along with the new "Battle.net" icon.

The fixes I've tried so far:

• Holding the icon down until it jiggles - the issue here is that the "x" icon doesn't show up.
• Placing it in the dock, right click to show in finder and delete it there - the icon remains in the launchpad.
• Restarting the laptop after doing both of these things didn't fix it either.

It's really bugging me. Hoping someone has a solution. Thanks in advance.
