If you are using any of the following, they can all interfere with the media contents' DRM & HDCP protections (protecting the media, not the user):
- Anti-virus software
- Cleaning/optimizer apps
- Third party security software
- VPN software
- Browser Extensions & plugins
- Using improper external displays, cables, docks, hubs, adapters for a display which do not allow for HDCP
- Using extra screens with the computer such as an iPad
- Firewall

Are you using each platform's proprietary app, or accessing it through a web browser? Web browser access can be a very subpar & limited experience many times due to the streamers' paranoia.
Also with Sequoia....not sure if it also pertains to Sonoma, but Apple added some network security to try to hide users from others online. I forget the names of these features and I think it only affects the Safari browser, but those features act like a VPN & mask your IP & location which definitely can run afoul of the streaming services strict rules.
You definitely need to put pressure on those streaming services to assist you so you can access their services which you have legally paid to access. Make them work for their money since they are the ones who have locked things down so much to restrict access. If they cannot help, then start reporting them to you local consumer & government agencies which oversee them. It is the media companies and streaming services which are making access so extremely difficult for paying customers due to their extreme paranoia of content piracy. Or you can cancel their services & make it extremely clear to them why you are cancelling.
