Messenger notifications stop after locking the screen on iPhone

I don't receive notifications from messenger apps. I've tried literally everything! Everything is enabled in the settings. This problem arose after the iOS 18 update... and they still haven't fixed it in iOS 18.5. After locking the screen, notifications stop coming after 15-20 minutes. But as soon as I unlock and go to the app, everything comes in a flash. I'm already tired, I contacted Apple support, they forwarded my letter to senior specialists. Focus mode is off. Content update is enabled. I think this is an iOS 18 bug ((I'm tired of it

Have you tried to turn notifications off and then turn them on again to see if the issues persist? this tends to solve these kinds of issues

Turn off do not disturb, make sure notifications are on in settings, or make sure the vibrate switch in your phone is off.

thank you for your advice. yes, i tried it didn't help. my friends have the same problem. and also i saw a letter from a person in the community that he has the same problem.
