Unable to access Screen Time passcode on iPhone
I cant even get to my screen time pass code .

When you set up Screen Time, you see a screen that says you need to add an Apple Account/Password to reset your Screen Time Passcode if you forget it. If you skip that screen, you see another warning that says the Apple Account/Password is need in case you forget the Passcode. By ignoring those 2 warnings, you have taken on the responsibility yourself for remembering the Passcode. It may be the case now that you have to factory reset your device that may result in data loss, so you should contact Apple directly here:
