Blurry Screen after Sequioa 15.5 update

On my Mac M1, I have started experiencing a blurry screen issue. The whole screen is pretty blurry; I can see lines on it.

Sometimes, after using it for a few minutes, it gets fixed, but now every time I open the lid, the screen is blurry.

This issue started happening on 23rd May.

What I have already tried -

My external monitor is working perfectly.
Tried running diagnostics, everything is okay there.
Restarted multiple times

Can someone help me here?

Did you see my last post? The screen may be going bad and you need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Center look at it.

Your screen shot doesn't look particularly blurry so the screen itself may have a problem. You might need to have it looked at.

I visited the Apple Unicorn Service Center today in Noida Sector 18. The girl told me that they will take 3000 INR = 35.26 USD just in the name of diagnostic charges. They will just reinstall the software.

If it didn't work (very high probability), they will have to replace the whole screen in 39500 INR = 464.21 USD.

I asked I am ready to pay the charges if you guys can do some changes at chip level for the issue by opening the back of the laptop, but she mentioned apple doesn't do chip level changes in India.

In this money, I can put some more money and buy a new laptop.

I am really disappoined with the Apple Service in India. I mean if you laptop is out of warranty you are pretty much doomed. This bad service experience will make me reconsider buying apple ever again in my lifetime.
