When I restart or shut down my macbook Air M2, my lunar client can launch and do things perfectly. But right when I quit it and try to open it again it becomes unresponsive saying "not responsive" this also happens with the downloaded app Proton Vpn.
Both of these apps are downloaded from the internet.
It was working few days prior and can play normally.

Update the computer to current Sequoia 15.5 released May 12, 2025 macOS 15.5 ( 24F74 )
