My watch would only unlock with my phone. I turned this feature off and now can’t get into my watch. Says wrong password which it’s not. Now my phone won’t let me back into this feature without unlocking my watch. That’s the problem!

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
If this does not work, unpairing the watch and setting it up as a new device, would be the next step:
