i want to make an album with all my art and i airdrop pictures from my ipad and theyre scattered around my photos, is there something specific to search that shows everything that was airdropped or from a specific person?

Sorry ... the only way i know of is to have saved the files to a specific album or folder.
Do those art pictures have some kind of common distinguishing feature that could be used in searching ?
(Eg: particular filenames / distinguishing file extension / file-type / etc.)
Else: If you have the same files saved / backed-up wherever you airdropped the pictures from (ie: iPad app ?) you may have organized thm / collected them together / there already.

Seems when sending via AirDrop to yourself, files are automatically accepted into the app they came from, so all your art-pictures will likely be available there in the Photos app. Seems you may not have set up a specific album / folder for those files yet, so it may be less easy to locate them. Depending on your settings, you could check in the "Memories" section to see whether or not those files happened to be automatically grouped as one or more "memories".
If you have copies on a Mac: you can enter the file extension (eg: .eps or .gif or .bmp etc) of the original art pictures in the search field of a Finder window to see every file with that file extension in the search result.
Else: In iOS18 you can use a variety of search terms, and keep adding keywords, to find specific files:

Not that I know of. Seems the available search is more about how the files were created (panorama / slo-mo etc.) and the actual content of the pictures themselves (location. groups etc.).
