Unable to reset my AirPods Pro 2nd gen or connect them to my iPhone 13

I’ve had these AirPods for a while but they were acting up so I decided to reset them to see if it would work but when trying to reset airpod pro 2nd generation there is no flashing white light it only appears for a few seconds and is solid then turns off then there are 3 beeps with flashing amber light followed by solid green light anyone have the same problem and were they able to fix it or do I need to replace the case?
