My Battery percentage is 100% always even after working 3 hour in battery mode, that is happening after latest update 2 days back. How to fix it.

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
