How do I block political texts with certain names on iPhone?
How can I block texts from political fund raisers that mention certain names or phrases (e.g., Vance, Trump, Pompeo, Doge, and winred.com)?

Unfortunately you can't. There is no option to do that on an iPhone.
You can block the numbers the messages come from, but not based on text.
You might want to call your carrier and see if they offer such an option.
