Unable to dictate my text messages after iOS 18.5 update on my iPhone

After updating my IOS 18 I noticed that I was no longer able to dictate my text message's. I had to re-set and update it all again. But my next problem is, I have a second language and even though I switched it to the second language like it was before, it isn’t at all recognizing my spoken words - so no dictation! I have set it several times to the other language but it’s trying to put an English text out. Is there anything that can be done? It is all programmed but I think it’s a glitch in IOS 18???
