Good afternoon, I opened a service for a Shein page and they sent me emails to this account, so I don't understand why they sent it to me and not to a private account directly. My iPhone took it as if it were my email. I would like to know the information. Thank you.

The "Hide My Email" e-mails will be received in your @icloud.com account; this is perfectly normal. You can double-check that Shein uses a private address by going to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Hid My Email (it's at the very bottom of the screen).
