My IPhone 15 pro max has its Mobile Service option in the settings menu grayed so I can’t access the option to be able to add an eSIM can anyone help me?????

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Cellular Data > Make sure changes are set to Allow.

it was already on Allow when I checked
What's the model number of the phone?
When did you get it and where?
Was it working previously and just stopped, or did you only acquire this recently and have never had service on it.
