Why is my Ultrahuman ring disconnecting constantly after the iOS 18.5 update?

My ultrahuman ring was working very well.

Last Friday, my iphone had ios 18.5 update pushed to it.

Since then, Ultrahuman Ring disconnects, fails to get sleep data because it disconnects in the night.

Breathwork doesn't work anymore because the ring disconnects during the breathwork.

I have seen on the reddit board that many UH ring users are suddenly having a connection problem, and Oura ring owners are also.

Did the ios update cause this? Is there a way to unroll the update? Can you find a fix, asap, please!
