When you go to the Health app, and tap on the avatar in the top right corner, does the correct name appear in the resulting pop up page? Also, do you share your Apple ID with anyone?

Well, I’m not sure what to tell you. The Good Morning feature comes from having a Sleep Schedule set up in Health, but if your name is correct in the Health app, it’s anyone’s guess why it would show the wrong name.
