See information in Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Note that it may take up to 30 days for a refund to a debit or credit card.

i did contact my bank but they do not have any means to retract my card info/refund the charges/stop the next charges. the only thing they did for me was to trace where the charges came from which is from apple subscriptions. as i have mentioned in my post, it was ALREADY RESOLVED by apple support, the charges will be refunded. the only thing i want is to track it hence the question where can i check the status of my refund? they have mentioned i have to wait within the next 24-48 hrs and check on the status of my refund then after that it will take up to 30 days to reflect on my card. apple already disabled the apple ID of the person using my card info so no need to contact my bank because i already did before i contacted apple support lol

Hello~ This was posted for you already…LOL.

If someone else had your card info, you should be contacting the bank of that card, since that is what has been compromised. There is nothing stopping that person from making additional purchases with any other retailer using your account number.

The link posted by FoxFifth can be used to check the status of a refund, but that is only for a refund to your Apple Account and would not show a refund from another Apple Account posted to your card.

You can certainly follow up with Apple directly here, but unless I am missing some information, this matter needs to involve the bank of the card used for a resolution including closing that card and issuing you a new one:

i did track the refund on the same link provided by FoxFifth and Mac Jim ID but can’t find my case ID in there LOL~

Hello once more~ Then contact Apple…

It’s unlikely that anyone can give you an exact date for fund arrival in your account nor is contacting Apple likely to speed the process. You will just have to wait like the rest of us do.

that isn’t even the answer to the question that i posted, whether i already have a new card and resolved it with the bank is none of your concern. i was just asking where i can track the refund but thanks!

No problem, you have the article showing it could take up to 30 days for refunds to be posted to your account. There is no tracking information provided in that link, so I included the Apple Support number for additional information they can provide such as the ARN number that banks use to track the refund. Just looking out for your best interest to prevent further fraudulent charges that have already been posted to your credit card.

I understand, the person that added your card account number to their Apple Account has not been prevented from going to Amazon or any other retailer and using your same card account number to make further purchases that have nothing to do with Apple. It is your bank that has to secure your account to prevent that from happening, and that has not been made clear from your post if that has been done and you now have a new card with different account number. Just wanted to make sure you resolved that other avenue for compromise since it had been resolved on Apple's part.
