How do you edit or delete a comment made in Apple Community?
Was this (the community page) developed by Apple?
Instead of ‘My Subscriptions’, why doesn’t it say ‘My Posts’ I wonder?
And why when you click on ‘My Subscriptions’ does it show other people’s posts too along with your posts?

You can edit a post or reply for 15 minutes after it has been posted, by clicking on the pencil icon under the reply, or the "Edit" button at the top of the post. Once 15 minutes have elapsed, the post or reply is no longer editable.
You cannot delete a post. Only moderators can do so, and usually they don't unless it violates the ToS.
Subscriptions shows any threads you follow or have participated in, including your own posts.
You can use the filter option at the top left to see only your authored posts, instead of posts you follow or have participated in.
