How to revert to alphabetical icons on Apple Watch display?

I would like to go back to my old way of doing my previous watch and have the icons in an alphabetical row rather than circular and random. How do I do that?

Scroll to the bottom of the apps, you will see a List View option, tap on that.

Apple Watch -> Settings -> App View -> List View
