How do I remove an unknown Apple ID and unlock iPhone without credentials?

Hello, I need help with my iPhone. I accidentally signed in with a different Apple ID on my phone, and now I cannot sign out. I don't have access to the Apple ID credentials anymore.

This is my device, and I can prove ownership with purchase documents if needed.

Can you please help me remove the Apple ID or unlock the device?

Thank you.

How did you log into that device in the first place? You can connect your iPhone to a computer and erase from there, that won't require the Apple Account login. Then you'll be left at the Activation Lock screen, which Apple can take care of when you provide the original proof of purchase receipt.

First: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings using a computer - Apple Support

Then: Start an Activation Lock Support Request - Apple Support
